Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

Our beautiful home is now available when we are abroad. We renovated it in 2024 both inside and out. It has a generous sitting room / dining room, kitchen, laundry room and downstairs toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms, both with king size beds and a family bathroom with bath and separate rainfall shower.
