This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Stugan ligger högst uppe på ett berg med fantastisk utsikt över sjön. Du får gratismotion i den rejäla trappen som leder upp till stugan. Här bor du lantligt intill sjö och natur men med korta avstånd till Stockholm. Parkering för en bil finns. På ca 40 minuter tar du dig kommunalt till centrala Stockholm. Activities available by request: fishing, paddle board, water skiing, kayaking, sailing. The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.

Koppla av i en nybyggd villa i naturnära område med bubbelpool och fullt utrustat kök. Villan blev helt nybyggd och klar i Januari 2023.
