Private Treehouse Escape Minutes from Downtown

Connect with nature at this unforgettable escape in Nashville's backyard. This treehouse is nestled in a Tennessee hardwood forest in a hollow. Close to the city, but away from it all, it's a perfect place to retreat from normal life. This isn't a tree fort. It's a tiny house with a loft in the trees over a trickling spring fed creek. It's private with all windows facing the forest. All the fun of being a kid w/ comforts of home like toilet, ac, electric fireplace, heater & 3 season hot shower.

Whispering Waters Cabin by the Creek

Whispering Waters offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy your time spent away from home. It is a four room cabin adjacent to Caney Fork Creek, which feeds into the South Harpeth River in Fernvale. The cabin easily hosts four guests. The queen size bed is complimented by a sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeps two as well. It's an intimate space located in a lovely setting. Enjoy a short hike to the spring-fed stream on the property. 35 minutes to downtown Nashville. Cal-King Premium Nectar Mattress, and 2 full sized floor mattresses. Enjoy nature as you sit around the fire pit or play horseshoes, creating a relaxing getaway with the beauty Tennessee has to offer! Dogs are welcome (50lb limit, max of 2).

River Roost

A unique place located minutes from the "Narrows of the Harpeth" State Park. Canoeing, kayaking, hiking. and zip lining all just less than one mile away. If you need more space, check out the "Nest". Just steps away from the "River Roost", a separate private entrance offers a comfy couples space. See our separate listing. Located 8 miles off the Natchez Trace Parkway, 15 miles from Leipers Fork and Franklin-40 minutes from Nashville Please note: We now have StarLink internet on the guest WiFi network. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, enjoy the farm life as well as a quiet setting while being a short drive to Nashville, Franklin, Dickson and more. There is room for your horses as well if that is a need. Less than 15 mins from 1-40 and an easy drive and plenty of parking for a larger rig.
