The Vineyard Loft

The Vineyard Loft offers all the comforts of home. The studio style apartment has a kitchenet, open living area, and separate entrance. Take a walk in the country, pick some blackberries, enjoy wine tasting at a local vineyard, or shopping and restaurants in Celina located just minutes away (see Guide Book). While attached to the main house, it has its own entrance and is separated by a large enclosed shared space featuring an outdoor dining area, cozy outdoor living area, and pool table—ideal for relaxing or entertaining. Step outside to explore the property: a pond with a private island complete with a tiki bar and fire pit—ideal for weddings, retreats, or family gatherings. Horses, chickens, and geese roam the grounds, adding to the peaceful country charm.

The Countryside Suite

This country suite is located on a beautiful property right outside city limits. Comfortable queen bed, sofa, desk, tv, mini fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Everything you need for your stay! The room is attached to a shop about 1 acre from our main house. Shop area isn’t used much, but if needed during your stay, you will be notified prior to use. Van Alstyne is a quaint small town with vintage shops and restaurants. Come enjoy our little slice of heaven!

Welcome to "The Little Ass Apartment" which sits on 28 acres with 3 mini donkey hosts. This apartment has everything you will need to relax indoor or out. There is a full kitchen, living room, bathroom, washer/dryer, and spacious bedroom. Outside has a large fenced in yard, fire pit with seating, and a wrap around porch with views of the sunrise and sunset! Enjoy the backyard entertainment area with washers and corn hole!
