We are renting an apartment in center of Novigrad. The city of Novigrad has a history that goes far back in time. The whole city is surrounded by walls which gives visitors a feeling of security and shelter. The apartment gives you a feeling of freshness and privacy. You can relax in peace on the private terrace or jump to the beach, which is a two-minute walk away. Near the apartment there are beaches, the central street which offers a lot of fun, in restaurants, bars and street entertainers.

The parking is free and located in front of your apartment. The apartment has 80 m2 which will ensure a very comfortable stay. It's located in a typical quiet Istrian village only 5 minutes drive from the beach and 5 minutes from the famous Aquapark Istralandia. The Quattro Terre MTB trail goes through the village.

The location of the property has an exceptional position with the terrace on the roof. On the balcony of rising and setting sun, you could admire an infinte 360° view of outstanding beauty over Piran and sea. There is also the possibility to catch the sun in front of the terrace door. The place is fully renovated in natural stone from slovenian Karst and wood from the region of Julian Alps.

Apartment in villa in Strunjan near Piran

It's a two storey house with two apartments in Strunjan near Piran on a very peaceful and green location surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, fig trees and other mediterranean plants, 600m from the nearest beach in Moon bay. It's our holiday home and we are using the apartment on the groundfloor by ourselves (mainly on weekends and holidays). Your apartment is located on the first floor. It's a non-smoking apartment, so if you smoke, please do it outside, not inside.
