For leisure guests- The accommodation is conveniently located in Mold with easy access to pubs, restaurants and Theatre Clwyd (10/15 min walk). There are lots of beautiful nature walks in the surrounding area. For guests travelling for business or contractors , the accommodation is a 10/15 min drive to Shotton Paper Mill, Shotton Steel and Shotton Industrial Estate. It is also ideally located for a short commute to Chester (20 mins), Wrexham (20 mins), Flint (15mins), St Asaph (25 mins).

A cosy, quirky, quaint, clean and comfortable self-contained studio barn conversion accessed via outside stone steps in courtyard of old stone farm buildings. Located five minutes from A55 and adjacent to Halkyn Mountain, an ideal touring base for exploring our local area and beyond, great pubs and restaurants, theatres, market towns, the beaches and castles of Wales Coast/Snowdonia or Chester/Liverpool. It is very small, but fully equipped with modern facilities with character features.

A quaint cottage, at Aston Hill Farm, Ewloe

This is a newly refurbished cottage, which was originally a farm workers cottage, on a dairy farm. It’s quaint and very nicely finished. The log burner makes the sitting room very cosy. The cottage is attached to a stable block, and forms a u-shape of out-buildings, including our carpentry workshop. The main farmhouse is close by, but separate. We have large gardens, which guest are welcome to use, including a barbecue and pizza oven. Rural location, but close to lots of amenities.
