Keep it simple at this centrally-located place in the heart of Seagrove Beach. ChewCasa is located in a gated neighborhood just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico. Guests will have there own personal parking spot, kitchenette, full bath and closet. Kitchenette features a sink, mini fridge, microwave and brand new Keurig coffee maker. The sleeping arrangements include a king bed, a twin bunk and a queen blow up mattress. ChewCasa is located on the second floor with private staircase for entry.

Beautiful, Peaceful East Hill Guesthouse

Beautiful, quiet, relaxing guesthouse (formerly Whitney’s ironwork studio). Private entrance. In historic East Hill, surrounded by peaceful, towering oak and pecan trees. The French doors provide lots of natural light and an open, airy feeling. Private patio. Quiet, historic neighborhood -- perfect for walks or bike rides. Only 1.2 miles from downtown. Within a few blocks are breakfast/coffee shops, restaurants, Publix Grocery, pubs. Easy 15 minute drive to the beach.

A-Lure on the Bay

A-Lure is our downstairs apartment on St. George Island. The space is located right on the bay with a 100 yard long dock. It is a four block walk to the beach from this side of the island. The room includes a really nice view, KING bed, TV, wi-fi , mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and drinking water. The space has its own AC/Heat system. Access to the dock is all yours and we have a two person kayak at your disposal as well. Come and relax at our peaceful place on SGI.

Barefoot Bungalow

This is a newly remodeled ground floor mother-in-law suite located on the beach side of Hwy 98 on the West end of Mexico Beach. The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, and two built in bunks. Access to the bathroom is inside the bedroom. It also has a small kitchen open to the living area. There is a gas grill, table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment in the enclosed courtyard. You may run into me outside gardening and such. *NOT BEACHFRONT!

This is a newly remodeled studio apartment in Panama City. It is less then 1 mile to the restaurants in St. Andrews and is 20 mins away from Panama City Beach. It has a queen size bed, 1 bathroom and a small kitchen; great for two people. Everything in the apartment is brand new. It also has a covered patio with furniture for lounging. This is a small and cozy place but has great access to all the activities in the area. Wifi with Amazon Prime is included.

The Fish House is a brand new East Hill getaway. Close to airport, downtown and Pensacola Beach! It is also a short walk to East Hill Wine Bar, Alga Brewery, jitterbug coffee shop and popular J’s bakery. While attached to the main house, this guest suite is completely private with it’s own entrance, driveway parking and patio area. This suite is just minutes from Pensacola Beach & just 2 lots from the water. You'll catch a glimpse of Pensacola Bay from your private entrance on the end of the house. Queen memory foam bed, fast wifi, patio, kitchenette, micro, fridge, Keurig, desk. Note: There is no kitchen sink, the bathroom has a tall faucet. Bedroom w/Roku TV, closet, beach gear, mini-split. This suite is sealed off with double locked doors.
