This is a single bedroom dwelling with 2 sliding patio door entrances and decks. One entrance leads to the master bedroom and the other is the living room area. Explore nearby hiking trails or gaze upon the horse pasture with friendly horses that will come right up to the back patio for some gorgeous photo opportunities.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Come enjoy beautiful sunsets on your private deck while relaxing in a hot tub or sitting around the fire pit. My great-grandmother's house has been completely remodeled and renovated to include amenities such as a tankless water heater, a heated bathroom floor, and 3 separate mini split units strategically placed so each guest can control their ideal sleeping temperature. It is conveniently located near the Robert Trent Jones golf course and Colbert Alloys Park boat ramp. I remodeled this house as though I was going to be the one living in it, so I know you'll love it.
