Meadow cottage has been designed and built for the holiday market. Everything has been thought of to make sure your stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking ingredients supplied. The bathrooms are supplied with washing products & toilet rolls. A large garden with decking and outside seating and a large off road carpark for 4/5 cars. On request and with enough notice, there maybe a possibility to accommodate one more guest at a cost of £45 per night.

This new luxury self-catering, one bedroom apartment provides a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. It is finished to a very high standard with its own private access, private patio area and views of our large garden. It adjoins our family home in the quiet village of Fulbourn, outside Cambridge. It is ideally located for visits to Cambridge, Addenbrooke's, Newmarket etc. Please note we are not within walking distance of Cambridge but it is easily accessible by car, taxi, Uber or bike!

Former Victorian Townhouse Turned Boutique Retreat

Welcome to Felbrigge House. A grand Victorian building that has been successfully modernised and converted into beautiful, peaceful apartments. Our bright basement flat benefits from its own private staircase and small outdoor patio area. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, and just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The city center is a 10-15 minute walk away. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share and tips or recommendations you might need!

A fully renovated two storey characterful one bedroom house converted from an original Saddlery shop. The house adjoins our main home and is completely self contained with a private entrance. Enclosed patio garden. Parking to the front on the road.

A bright, self-contained flat with off-street parking, secure patio garden and stunning views from the bedroom window over Stourbridge Common and the River Cam and watch rowers glide by. 7-minute walk to Cambridge North and close to the Science Park. 5-minute riverside walk leads to the historic pub The Green Dragon, where it's fabled that Tolkien wrote "The Lord of the Rings". Explore Cambridge’s rich mix of heritage, innovation, and culture from this peaceful, well-connected base.

The Goose Barn - Ideal getaway near Cambridge!

This is a lovely converted barn which we spent many years in and now have outgrown. The barn has one living & dining area, kitchen, hallway, one bathroom and 2 bedrooms. There is a small courtyard to enjoy sitting outside in the summer. We’re extremely close to Cambridge - you can cycle into the centre of town within 25 minutes along a path next to the river Cam. *We will potentially supply a couple of push bikes, if this is something you’re interested in please notify me in advance.

The Garden Annexe

Set in the historic village of Babraham, The Garden Annex is a tranquil, self-contained and spatious double room with TV, WiFi, microwave, kettle, mini-fridge and new, uniquely designed en-suite shower room complete with Japanese-style bidet toilet. It has its own gate and pretty, secluded garden area and patio for morning coffee with the birds. With free (on road) parking and good food at the village pub, it's perfect for exploring nearby Cambridge or Duxford Air Show accommodation.

35RockRoad offers modern accommodation in a quiet, residential road. The perfect location for Cambridge city centre with its beautiful colleges and great shopping. And for access to Addenbrookes Hospital, science parks, the Botanic Gardens, language schools and Cherry Hinton Hall park. We are located in the Victorian district with many local shops. The area also boasts great restaurants, theatre, cinema, fitness centre and tenpin bowling alley. The train station is walking distance.

This stylish self contained getaway is in a vibrant village just south of dreamy Cambridge. Plenty to see and enjoy in the beautiful villages, yet accessible to London, Stansted airport, Newmarket Racecourse, Duxford IWM, Addenbrookes Hospital and the bio medical campuses.

Cosy self contained annex

A newly built, small but practical, self contained annex adjoined to the side of the main house by the side and from the ceiling. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.

Clock Cottage is a handsome Grade 2 listed detached brick and flint cottage in a desirable and sought after convenient location. The spacious accommodation is set within the grounds of Home Farm House, an important farmhouse dating back to the 17th Century.
