Your space is in the lower half of a historic, Spanish style home in the neighborhood of Eagle Rock. Originally a speakeasy in the 1930’s, we’ve maintained its character while at the same time converting the bar area into a convenient kitchenette and adding a new modern bathroom. The yard is very lush with native oaks and flowers and there is a designated area for guests. We are located 2 blocks from the main boulevard which has many shops and restaurants. Just leave the car and walk to dinner.

We're close to the Van Nuys Flyaway (easy access to and from LAX), and a straight shot from Burbank’s Bob Hope Airport (5 miles). Though still in the city, our diverse neighborhood is tucked away from the major roads, which makes it a bit more quiet. Tree-lined streets are perfect for the popular Sunrise and Sunset walks.

The Vienna Studio

The Vienna studio was inspired by Architecture Digest. I wanted to design the space with thoughtfulness, hand picked art and furniture but consider comfort and luxury sheets for the coziest sleep. My hope is that people come here to get inspiration and enjoy the area. We are located two blocks from the boulevard making it easy to enjoy trendy Los Angeles. We are near Universal Studios, The Americana mall, Griffith Park and we are walking to local shops, eateries and bars.
