A 2 min walk up our driveway and you're on the bus route. Within a 10 min walk are a bakery, mini mart, bars, restaurants and food vans.

Containing only two very private apartments, the “Blue Mahoe”and the “African Tulip”, it is perfect for romantic couples and nature-connected travelers who want to enjoy a comfortable open-plan living experience, fantastic views and a pool with a minimal carbon footprint. The building is powered by solar energy and harvests its own rainwater. All furniture has been made from local wood and hand-crafted on site.

Ti Kas is all wood, with one bedroom, a double bed, complete kitchen, saloon with smart TV with WIFI connection & sofa. One toilet inside & bath on the balcony. From the guest balcony there's a wonderful view of the ocean & neighboring Martinique. Lush greenery & birds surrounds our property, including seven varieties of mangoes, Lime, Lemon & sour orange trees. Yoga & mediation place is available. Please see pics for more.
