If you would rather be loud, noisy and just want to party, then I ask that you please look somewhere else as there are many long term residents in this area.

Southcott Pines is nestled in the forest on the shores of Lake Huron between Grand Bend & the Pinery and is an idyllic oasis with winding streets, an extensive tree canopy, walking trails and a private beach with a sandy & shallow shore line. Its also within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, coffee shop/bakery, bike paths, hiking, dog friendly beaches & the amenities of Grand Bend.

Relax in an A-frame Cottage over looking a stocked trout pond surrounded by trees. 20 acres of trails. Fish swim, kayak or canoe in the pond or creek. Watch the ducks, frogs, herons, birds, turtles & a variety of wildlife. Enjoy the stars & roast marshmallows at the camp fire. Fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, wood stove, fire pit and 3 piece bathroom. Welcome to an amazing winter experience in our cozy guesthouse. Soak in the hot tub, watch a movie in the private guesthouse in front of the fireplace and turn on the diffuser to create the most relaxing evening! There are various aromatic oils to choose from. You can also make an outdoor fire in the large firepit. There is plenty of wood on site! Everything you need to unwind, relax and connect with nature! The floor is heated and the fireplace provides additional warmth to the loft bedroom.
