Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Chestnut Ridge Retreat

Guest love the peace and the views here at our retreat. Enjoy a morning or evening in the hot tub, sun on the pool deck and swim in warm weather. Build a fire and relax in the pavilion by the fireplace or sit around the fire pit. Guests comment that they sleep so well in the room. Walk to property to see the chickens, horse and donkey. Just a great place to just relax! We have added a small chair that converts to a bed (not very comfy) if you are traveling with kids - we can squeeze 3 in.

Newly constructed in 2023, this modern studio offers an enormous amount of amenities including full kitchen, dual showers, hot tub, outdoor TV, high speed WiFi, multiple TV viewing services, outdoor dining set, grill, multiple fire features, mountain views, lots of room for short hikes or nature walks, area with sunset views only a short distance from the house, only 1.5 miles to riverfront park.

Very light and airy space. Second story apartment that sits on a three acre property minutes from historic Jonesborough. Self check in. . You will find towels; extra sheets; cleaning supplies, fully stocked kitchen. Please be aware that we have dogs that bark. Pets are allowed limit one dog or cat. . NO SMOKING Available for long term rental as well. $50 PET FEE PER PET, ESA and Service animals welcome for same fee. Please purchase travel insurance as these reservations are non refundable.

Our Mountain Chalet is the Perfect GETAWAY. Best location to stay in our ENTIRE Area. We are in the city limits of Kingsport, 3 miles from downtown. A DOG MUST BE PRE-APPROVED and there will be an additional pet fee. I do not charge a cleaning fee as long as guest leave place clean as found. Charter cable TV and WIFI access provided. Also located on our 6-acre estate is another BNB rental the "BEARFOOT RETREAT", a 3BR house should a larger group want to stay close together.

Guest cottage on a large, quiet lot in town. Convenient to ETSU, Mountain Home VA, Johnson City Medical Center, and just minutes from downtown Johnson City or Historic Jonesborough. This is a stand-alone tiny house that shares a driveway with my home. The cottage has a full bath with laundry, kitchen, a queen bed in the main bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. Ample off street parking for bigger vehicles or those pulling a trailer.

Come on over and enjoy the peace + quiet that awaits you in your own funky little 2 bdr/1bath cottage on our 25 acre working farmstead. Our brood of chickens are ready to provide you with farm fresh eggs for breakfast (if season permits) as you enjoy a cup of coffee. Farm tours to meet our fluffy Scottish highland cows, our donkeys, and our adorable rescue goats are available for purchase and are based on our availability.

Pioneer Century Farmhouse

Enjoy the beauty and history of East Tennessee at our Pioneer Century Farm. We currently have a herd of black angus cattle and a few pet goats. We are conveniently located 4 miles off I-81 North. 20 minutes to Jonesborough (oldest town in TN), 30 minutes to Bristol Motor Speedway, 90 minutes to Sevierville.
