This is a completely separate 1000 sqft. one bedroom apartment located in the historical landmark Mapplewood neighborhood. The house is located 5 minutes from unity and Rochester General Hospital. It is 10 minutes from Lake Ontario and a few parks. 10 minutes from downtown Rochester to participate in a variety of year round festivities. 20 minutes from Strong Hospital, movie theaters and more. On street parking that alternates every twelve hours or parking one street down with no time changes.

We continue to clean fastidiously, and provide excellent ventilation. Spacious 2nd floor flat with skylights, full kitchen and bath, living room, dining room and bedroom. There is Central Air conditioning and off-street parking. We are ideally located in the city of Rochester, close to Highland Park, the U of R and hospitals...and an easy walk to the cafes, (ice cream!) stores, pubs and restaurants of the South Wedge. Downtown in 10 minutes. Roc Cinema also reopened a short walk away.
