Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

A once in a lifetime opportunity awaits guests of LOFT 1892, a beautifully restored condo on the corner of Downtown Greenville's N Main St and East North St. This home features 2 luxurious master suites with state-of-the-art walk in showers, and four-poster beds. The Loft was built around 1892, and began as a grocery store. The hardwoods are original, except for the kitchen, and the Queen bed, and beams are period as well.
