Recently refurbished this beautiful Grade 2 Listed building is located in Handbridge a very short walk from Chester City Center, the city walls and the River Dee. The house was completely renovated in 2018 to a very high standard with a beautiful bathroom including a roll top bath and shower and modern kitchen including dishwasher, coffee machine and breakfast bar. Built in 1887 the house was designed by the famous architect John Douglas and was previously owned by the Duke of Westminster

Close to the city centre of Chester, this one-bedroom house in Handbridge is a great place to base yourself for exploring both Chester and North Wales. Just over an hour to Snowdonia and 10 minutes walk into Chester itself which is packed full of bars and restaurants. The house itself is an old fishermans cottage and the river is around 200m away at the end of the road. The house has both the traditional beams and cosy feel along with modern fireplace and courtyard garden in the back.
