We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. My farm is 8 miles from Brevard and a 45 min. drive to downtown Asheville. I am nestled between Pisgah National Forest and Dupont State Forest, which means unlimited hiking, waterfalls, swimming, kayaking and fishing. Cyclers will enjoy being on one of the many routes, while mountain bikers can enjoy forest trails and challenge themselves to the Oskar Blues Reeb Ranch. Equestrian folks can avail themselves to our local horse boarders and ride in both forests. There is something for everyone!

Come enjoy this magnificent view in Saluda! Relax in the swings or sit on the porch and enjoy the peacefulness. The fire pit under the stars is so Saludacrous! Our cozy cottage is just steps from Judds Peak and 2 miles from downtown, where there is always food and fun! The Gorge Zipline is located in our quaint little town and the Green River has hiking, tubing, kayaking, white water rafting, rock climbing! The towns of Hendersonville, Flat Rock and Asheville are just minutes away.

Located in a quiet wooded neighborhood, the Byrd Box is a mile from our quaint downtown with shops, restaurants, and local pubs; a 20 minute drive from hiking trails, waterfalls, and apple orchards; and a short hour from the ski slopes! Come relax on our porch swing and enjoy the beautiful Blueridge Mountains. UPDATE: we recently added a fire pit patio area for your use. *Please note that our home is accessed via a short set of stairs.

Our beautiful cabin is nestled near the mountains of Pisgah Forest. Enjoy coffee on our porches, listening to the rain on the tin roof, or making dinner in fully equipped, large kitchen! New fire pit! 10 minute drive to Pisgah National Forest, 15 minute drive to DuPont National Forest, & 7 minutes from the quaint little town of Brevard. Pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee.
