Crows Nest is located on the Keuka Lake wine trail. It is next to Red Jacket Park and Morgan Marine on one side, Seasons on Keuka Lake on the other. Very close to Penn Yan/Yates County Airport and between the Main Deck restaurant and Route 54. The property is NOT water front. Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. There is a sidewalk from the property to town for Guests who prefer to walk, approximately 1 mile to Village center

No full kitchen or downstairs sink available, only toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker (Keurig) with seating for 4 in section of great room. TV, fast Wifi for all your devices. Take advantage of our fire pit, hike through the vineyards down to our beautiful creek, or drive down the hill for direct lake access in Smith Park. Room is very spacious for 2 but works for 4 with a pull out sofa.

Cozy Apt. Very Quiet & Private

The Apt. is a quiet, clean & cozy 400 sq. ft. with a full kitchen. The bathroom is furnished with a shower/tub. The toilet is a SELF CONTAINED COMPOSTING unit. The sleeping area has a very comfortable queen sized bed. This is a working farm. I have machinery & farm related equipment in the vicinity of the Apt. You may expect sometimes to hear & see the machinery moving during the day The Apt. has 2 entrances, it's own w/deck & one through the attached barn where I store some small equipment.

Lake view surrounding vineyards. Keep an eye on the sky while sitting on the porch and you may see a bald eagle. Don’t be surprised if a deer turkey. Fox etc wander through. No worries if there’s a power outage as all cabins have a backup generator that will turn on automatically.
