Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. The four poster room has en-suite shower room and the second bedroom (twin or super king) has access to bathroom with shower above. Thanks for looking .

Rural location in a small hamlet surrounded by rolling landscapes. Lake Vyrnwy is 5 miles away and offers beautiful walking, biking and access to the RSPB conservation areas. The property is finished to a high specification and has a separate garden with stunning views from the patio. Guests have their own access into the downstairs seating and dining area which leads to the well equipped kitchenette and shower room. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and lounge area with beautiful views.

A secure garden shed suitable for storage of bikes. 1 bedroom (with a king size bed) and a double sofa bed in the lounge area. Towels provided. A well equipped kitchen. Includes FREE wifi and parking. A post office/general store and 'The Railway Inn' (serves food) are both approximately 300 yards from stay.

Yr Efail is situated in Llanfor a small village 3/4 of a mile from the market town of Bala. The property is a converted blacksmiths workshop were the owners family have worked since 1905. Recently renovated into a fully equipped self catering cottage. The property is single story providing easy access for all. Shops, restaurants and pubs are situated in Bala which you can reach by road or on foot along a footpath. We live in the village and available to recommend places to eat and visit.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Set in the Welsh hills, it’s a walkers paradise or simply a relaxing place to get away from it all listening to the stream at the end of the garden. For 2024 we have introduced a hot tub so after a hard day walking you can relax in the hot tub overlooking the river. If you need to work from the cottage we now have Starlink. This will enable our guests to have brilliant internet use to complete pieces of work or just browse your socials!

Rural retreat for two, not suitable for pets/animals or children.Hillview has been converted from a barn to provide very spacious and contemporary accommodation, nestling in the side of a hill overlooking a valley. Hillview is well equipped with everything that you would need for your perfect holiday. The accommodation is arranged over two floors. The living area has an Aga wood burner to keep you warm and cosy in winter and radiators in each room supplied by an oil combi boiler.

Spacious 4 bed cottage situated a stones throw from the beautiful Lake Vyrnwy. Ideal location for walkers, cyclists, families and couples just wishing to escape busy life. Learn to windsurf or take out a canoe or rowing boat on the lake. Spend the day clay pigeon shooting, or enjoy the spa and afternoon tea at the Lake Vyrnwy hotel. The stunning Aberdyfi beach is only 29 miles away from Bryn Du. Snowdon 34 miles, and Europes longest zip line 38 miles from the cottage.
