Two reserved parking spaces. 100% updated. The building dates to the 1890's and all the brick and flooring is original, but everything else is new while the character has been preserved.

Cozy Suite 10 min to Grand Rapids, 1 mi to Tanger

The Suite is a cozy place to rest from your travels or stay while you visit family/friends. Away from the bustle of downtown, yet only a 10 minute drive to all the venues in the Grand Rapids downtown area. It’s a small but well stocked suite, separate space in the front of our home. Tanger Outlet is 1 mile away for convenient shopping. There are a number of restaurants close to choose from. Continental breakfast provided ( plant based) hot/cold cereal, bread, fruit, coffee bar.

Mother in law suite

Newly remodeled, very cozy space. One queen sized bed. Kitchen contains microwave, mini fridge, air fryer and outdoor grill. Very close to I196. Honestly, there is some highway noise but while being inside it’s harder to hear. Easy access to get to Holland, Saugatuck, and Grand Rapids. Security cameras on outside of premises. no smoking of any kind or drug use on premises. I clean this air bnb myself so if you have any problems with it not being clean please contact me immediately

Located in downtown Holland, in view of the Tulip parade, this adorable 2 bed home is 2 blocks from the Civic Center which hosts events and a great farmers market Wed. and Sat. and begins 8th Street where life bustles with outstanding shops and pubs. We have given it a gorgeous 21st Century overhall. A block away from lakeside Kollen play park and Boatwerks Restaurant with waterside seating. Breweries, restaurants, shopping, and the farmers market all await. If downtown isn’t your scene, the bungalow is a quick drive to Pere Marquette beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Large, uncrowded stretches of sandy beach are the perfect place for a relaxing day in the sun.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! This historic home is in the epicenter of everything going on in downtown Holland. From the front porch you can overlook the farmer’s market every Wednesday and Saturday. Turning to the right you can see Hopcat, the new movie theater, and several other brand new shops, breweries, and restaurants all within a few steps. Extra cleaning procedures with antibacterial cleaning products have been added due to COVID-19.
