Sunny and spacious home on the water with linens, AC, EV Charger, dock and roof patio. Home has modern appliances, bbq, fire pit, washer and dryer, as well as cookware, and dinnerware. Each bedroom includes private bath with shower and 2 have tubs. Master BR has private patio with great views. "Elderly friendly" with easy access. This condo is a newly renovated 2 bedroom and 2 bath suite within a 4-plex that is located only a block and a half away from Huntington Beach! Watching golden hour unfold sitting on the condo's wraparound deck inspired us and is why we've dubbed this condo the Endless Sunset. The kitchen is fully stocked but the condo is only a short drive away from many of the local's favorite restaurants like Simmzy's, or Pacific Hideaway! Phuoc Loc Tho is only 8.1 miles away!
