Our beautiful 1 bedroom apartment is the downstairs of our family home located in a quiet, family friendly culdesac, close minutes from downtown, shopping, routes 79, 89 and 96! It is a fully remodeled, spacious, fully furnished apartment, new appliances, with a beautiful kitchen and spacious bedroom and bathroom. With lots of living space, endless amenities, a backyard with a patio, full size grill and a brand new vita spa hot tub to enjoy, we are positive you will be happy with your stay!

The queen size bed is partially separated from the living room by a breakfast counter. Living room has 2 daybeds. Entire space sleeps 4. Excellent WiFi & Cable TV. I will leave good quality bread, eggs, coffee & other breakfast items for you to cook. Pls. note that price will automatically reflect a fee of $30 per night for each additional guest after the first 2 guests.

It is a 5-minute drive to downtown Ithaca and Cornell University. Ithaca can easily be reached by car, bike, bus, or foot.
