Schoodic Loft Cabin "The Roost" with Kayaks

This playful cabin offers a unique spot to unwind and explore the Schoodic peninsula and Downeast Maine. Kayaks are provided to explore island studded 462 acre Jones pond, a 10 minute walk down a trail. A 10 minute drives brings you to the less visited Schoodic section of Acadia NP, where a network of hiking and biking trails lace the coastal forests and dramatic rocky coast. Nearby Winter Harbor has shops and restaurants and even a ferry across the bay to Bar Harbor and Mount Desert Island.

Off the beaten path. Escape the sound of traffic and listen to the waves outside your window. This location is an adventure and is accessible by car at low tide and by canoe at high tide. Kids will love beach combing while the adults enjoy relaxing on the shore. There’s also a gazebo beside the spring fed frog pond. Deer graze on the grass in the morning. If you are a bird watcher you can see the sea birds and eagles. The location is perfect for those who want to escape from it all.

Laura Anne Cottage, on Beals Maine, offers exceptional ocean views of beautiful Cranberry Cove. This recently renovated home features a well stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances for cooking a seafood dinner or a light meal. You can also enjoy outdoor dining on our deck as you view a beautiful sunset. This cottage has 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds and a futon) and one bathroom. The living room features a patio door leading to a new deck with spectacular views of the ocean.

Artsy Tiny House & Cedar Sauna

Our family is excited to share our tiny house with you! Located on our artist collective farm, this is our favorite place on earth. It’s off grid, cottage core, and has a beautiful & fragrant cedar sauna. We are 27 minutes from Acadia National Park and surrounded by truly gorgeous local beaches. We offer super comfy beds, an outdoor shower, twinkle lights, summer nights filled with fireflies, bright maples in the fall, and cozy winter movie nights in a bed alcove like on a boat.

Lillebo

Lillebo is set near the end of a dead end road with a five minute walk yielding views over Frenchman's bay with Sorrento in the near view and Winter Harbor and Bar Harbor in the long view. This homey house is set about 200 feet from the road with no neighbors in direct view. There’s a screen porch on one end of the house and a garage on the other. In the garage there is a ping pong table, corn hole, darts and bikes. There are three adult bikes, one youth bike and one kids bike.

Donnell Pond offers great kayaking,boating ,swimming and fishing. Great sand beaches surrounded by the mountains you see from the house.

Strolling distance to the pier for a whale watch, the artistic downtown, and the brewery! There is a Weber grill, outdoor seating, bikes to use, books, games, record player and WIFI. We welcome your pets and your children :)

Meadow Point cottage is located on a very quiet five acre property with panoramic views of Frenchman's Bay and Mount Desert Island. It takes about thirty minutes to drive over to MDI and Acadia National Park. The property has a private beach for kayaking and woods with a picnic area and fire pit. It is a wonderful spot for walking and viewing wildlife; ducks, eagles, shore birds, seals and deer.

Elva P. Cabin at Welch Farm

Drink your morning coffee as you walk the farm's picturesque blueberry fields and shoreline. At night, enjoy sitting around a cozy campfire toasting marshmallows. As you enjoy the scent of fir trees, salt air, and the unspoiled beauty of Downeast Maine, Relax. Spend several days with us exploring the farm or as a home base to venture to other locations around Downeast Maine and Canada.
