Unsere Ferienwohnung Sunset-Oase befindet sich in dem kleinen Örtchen Prizna an der Kvarner Bucht. Die Wohnung liegt in Erster Linie am Adriatischen Meer. Die Lagune ist direkt über einen eigenen Treppenzugang erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in 2017 neugebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die 15 m² große Terrasse  bietet einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist mit Sonnenliegen, Stühlen und Terrassentisch ausgestattet. Die Inseln PAK (3 km) und RAB (15 km) können schnell erreich werden.

The neareast beach is 200 m away. This family-friendly accommodation is located in the city center, so all the facilities are at your fingertips. Preserved nature , numerous thousand-year historic monuments of the area, a century old tradition preserved through the harmony of man and nature. All this makes Karlobag unique and recognizable. It's great for couples and families: there is variety of one day destinations to visit within 1-2 hour drive. We are close to Karlobag (10 min), Pag (30 min by ferry), Senj (1 hour) and Zadar (1,5 hour).
