Here's a chance to try out a great, fully furnished tiny home 1 hour from the beach. Heat & ac, grill, campfire pit, outdoor seating, inside a privacy fence in a quiet country setting. There is a farm across the road, when the wind blows from the southwest you might experience the smell of livestock but mostly it's fresh air and sunshine. Sorry but NOT suitable for children or elderly because of steep staircase. Small hot water heater, may have to wait between showers No Guests in Pool! NO KIDS!

This space is perfect for two ! Microwave, Fridge, Coffee Maker, Filtered Water 40 inch smart tv. NO PETS FOR ANY REASON. Allergy sensitive. We have another unit to host pets.
