The Coop is an early 1900's small, single bedroom house located in the historic Irons' & Grahams' neighborhood in Boerne, Texas (est 1887.) A completely renovated home , this updated & fun farmhouse has all the amenities and comfort you would want for your hill country visit. Large lot with barn, hundred year old pecan tree and backyard to Frederick creek. Full kitchen, queen bed, washer / dryer and storage. Located just two short blocks from the Boerne Main Street Plaza. The rustic, craftsman-built cabin sits on an 85 acre historic ranch and wildlife preserve, located just 2 miles from downtown Boerne Square. The cabin is a bit quirky, and definitely an experience, yet has all the comforts you will need for a relaxing stay with friends or family! Please read house rules before booking.
