Situated in the lovely village of Portinscale this warm detached family home provides everything you might want to enjoy a stay in the Lake District. We are situated 5 minutes walk from Derwent Water and the Nicol End Marina for kayaking and water activities. Portinscale has a pub that serves food and a cafe. Our favourite eating places nearby are Swinside Inn and the Ivy Restaurant in Braithwaite. Keswick is a mere 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk for eating out, shopping and outdoor sports.

Strawberry Cottage is a beautiful Lakeland stone end cottage in the centre of Keswick (circa 1840). The property boasts delightful views to the surrounding fells. Recently refurbished by the owners, giving it a contemporary feel in terms of décor and facilities. High Speed Internet, SkyQ in the lounge, Smart TV's in both bedrooms, Hypnos Mattresses, Bluetooth Speaker, Jacuzzi Bath. A parking permit for the long stay car parks is provided. Our luxury detached Lakeland cottage in the village of Lorton sits in a hidden gem of a valley and is a year round destination . Two beautiful bedrooms one of which can turn into single beds and each with their own bathrooms offers flexibility for both couples and families. We have a well equipped cooks kitchen with Everhot range and a stocked larder. Parking for three cars , EV charger , bike storage , gardens and a BBQ this is a great base to enjoy the magic of our Lakeland valley.

Welcome to our comfortable refurbished one bedroom ground floor apartment. We have recently undertaken a further upgrade to improve the property, replacing the bathroom, flooring and putting in fire doors. The flat, is not only located in Keswick’s town centre, it has the advantage of private off street parking, with amenities and shops, including the wealth of restaurants and bars a couple of minutes walk away. For guests who prefer to cook, we have provided a wide range of kitchenware.

Morven Cottage is a two bedroom holiday cottage within 5 minutes walk of Keswick town centre with private parking and an outdoor patio area. The warm and comfortable accommodation sleeps up to four guests (plus a cot) and was recently extensively refurbished. Changeover days are typically Monday and Friday. One or two well-behaved dogs (restricted to downstairs and not allowed on the furniture) are welcome. Smoking is not permitted in the cottage. 10% off for full week bookings.
