Der Standort ist im Sommer ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Spazieren, Wandern, Biken, Golf, Minigolf und Schwimmen (ca. 10 Minuten Gehzeit zum Badesee). Biker kommen auf unzähligen Mountain und Rennradstrecken auf ihre Kosten. 230 km Skipisten und drei Gondeln in nächster Nähe. Die Skibushaltestelle ist zu Fuß in wenige Minuten zu erreichen
