The pebble beach is approximately 50 meters from the house, and in the center of Klimno guests can also enjoy a well-maintained public (municipal) beach. The village also features a beach where dogs are allowed. In the immediate vicinity of the villa, there is an outdoor fitness area (trim trail), and a children’s playground is located in the village center.

Pored studia se nalazi i 1 soba za 2 do 3 osobe( soba Mara 3 ),tako da postoji mogućnost kombinacije ako dolazi više osoba. Soba se iznajmljuje zasebno. Na terasi se nalazi sjedeća garnitura, ležaljke i suncobran.Parkiralište je u dvorištu.
