Cozy suite, this location provides the very best of the outdoors for cottaging enthusiasts 45 minutes from the GTA. Found on the outskirts of Port Perry near the Blue Heron Casino and on the shores of Lake Scugog, you will find great fishing, swimming, and boating at your doorstep. Also great lounging on the deck/dock! The casino is 5 min drive and the town of Port Perry with its good restaurants and shopping is 10 min car ride or take your boat! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed by guests.

Located one hour from Toronto, Birchwood is a luxury camping experience for two. Immersed in a private forest on Scugog Island, our geodesic dome allows for a cozy and relaxing getaway. Enjoy the surrounding landscape and check out local shops and restaurants on Port Perry main street. Our geodome is designed for 2 guests however small families of 4 or a group 3 adults are welcome. Additional guests must be 12+ and added to your reservation at the time of booking. We do not allow pets.

The cabin homestead was crafted in 1847, before Canada was a country. With your significant other, family or friends, come cozy up to the fire, soak in the hot tub and enjoy swimming in the spring fed pond. Board games and movies are provided for your entertainment.

91 acres, trails, total privacy, spring fed lake, solar power/propane heated, gas stove top, out-house, firepit, wi-fi ; canoe/paddleboat (seasonally) Self check in and self cleaning For those who leave a "light foot print" Basic kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and dishes are provided, BUT guests must bring their own drinking water, pillows and bedding and ice for cooler.
