Just blocks from the Blue Line Metro, it has all of the downtown/airport accessibility and easy transfers to the Green Line Metro to St. Paul and the University of Minnesota. This studio has its own loft, two queen beds and kitchen with stove/oven, fridge, sink, microwave, high-speed wireless internet, ample work space, and its own tree-level private porch.

This delightful haven features a warm fireplace perfect for cozying up on chilly evenings. Please note, there is some low clearance near the head of the bed and in the bathroom/kitchen area.

Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet.
