Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Palmiro Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. With two loft style double bedrooms both with smart TVs, a lovely living space and downstairs Shower room, large brand new kitchen with Neff appliances and high quality utensils this is a lovely house to relax and enjoy. The house is finished with quality fittings including a flat screen tv with Bose sound bar and high speed Wi-Fi throughout. It is located in the heart of the beautiful Mid Devon countryside surrounded by beautiful rolling hills.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Little Gables - Unique retreat on edge of Dartmoor

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

A short drive to Dartmoor and 30 minutes to Exeter. Peaceful and quiet location. Lovely walks on your doorstep, with views to Dartmoor and Exmoor. Dark sky at night for those who like to watch the stars. Cosy cottage with wood burning fire, and plenty of charm.

The Barn, West Ford Farm

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign
