With miles of marsh on one side, & the Back River flowing to the ocean on the other, enjoy sunrises & sunsets. Use the salty beach bikes, kayaks, canoe, jump off the dock, build a (responsible) fire in the pit, or relax on the patio. This cozy downstairs suite has its own entrance in a private home. My place is right on the Strand facing ocean with the most beautiful views that include dolphins, the beach and large cargo ships. Tybee Island offers family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You can walk to the local market, restaurants and downtown Tybee Island. You can see the pier from the deck and of course the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the location, the updated interior, roominess and the privacy. It is one half of a 2 duplex property. High speed wifi and 3 flatscreens

Cozy Cottage near the Beach! The Hidden Pearl is a restored 1910 cottage; said to have been part of the old Ft Screven army base on the north side of the island. The "Pearl" is a small (756sf) cottage now located in the (commercial district) heart of Tybee's South (main) beach. Cottage is "beach vibe" decor & cozy. Enjoy two separate spacious deck areas with privacy fencing, charcoal grill, and outdoor hot/cold shower. Park and walk ... 0.3mi to beach & pier, shops, dining & sweet treats.

Marsh Top Suite - No Clean Fees!

This is a private master suite with private staircase, balcony, and entrance. The balcony overlooks the marsh, river, and ocean in the distance. Suite is locked off from the rest of the house and there is no shared space. King bed, 60 inch flat screen, large master bath with walk in shower, large master closet. Suite has own thermostat. Mini- fridge, microwave, and pod coffee maker with supplies provided. You are welcome to play basketball or use backyard. No guests are allowed in the pool.

Our cute and quaint family condo is right on the beach with an unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the view from the deck off the living room. Wake up to the view from the master bedroom window which also overlooks the beach. You will be close to everything on Tybee when you stay at our centrally-located condo. Several restaurants and shops are close by. The condo has a full kitchen and washer/dryer to make your stay even more enjoyable and convenient.

The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

Whimsical, 1940s Cottage 4 blocks to the Ocean!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Peaceful setting and super quiet neighborhood. Enjoy my amazing slice of heaven! Private garden with umbrella, and seating, covered front porch with butterfly garden. 4 blocks to the beach ( sunrise) & 4 blocks to the back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!
