The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.

Here in “New B,” small-town festivals and Friday night high school football games are just a part of our DNA. Our home is just seconds from Redbank Valley bicycle trail, and within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants, as well as fishing in the Redbank Creek.

This cabin sits on a 95 acre property which is part of Timeless Trails Campground. The cabin is set off in a private location at the campground, making it a haven for relaxing, unwinding, and spending quality time with others. Guests have access to miles of maintained trails as well as the catch-and-release fishing pond, bikes for trail riding, and other common amenities such as a playground, pavilion and bathhouse.
