Old Hauenstein Brewery - Ground Level 1

Stay in a real brewery built in 1891 where they brewed the Hauenstein beer until 1969. Remodeled in the rustic industrial style of the era, rent the lower level with 2 romantic rooms, a parlor, coffee bar and one bathroom. No kitchen. The private upper garden has a fire pit, cellar and dining area surrounded by forest and fire-flies. The building is surrounded by an underground creek, so it stays cool naturally (no AC needed). It’s a 7 min walk to Schell’s brewery & 4 min drive downtown.

Level yard walks directly to lake and on-site boat launch. Although not handicap accessible, the main floor bedroom/living area and level lot would accommodate someone with limited mobility.

Come spend some time at the enchanted infamous Wolf House in the beautiful NE Minneapolis Arts District! The entire house is painted with murals and covered with rocks. You will feel like you are in another incredibly cozy world. My place is close to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and public transport. You’ll love the light, the coziness, the comfy bed, and the art. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Cast Away Point - Indian Lake - 2 of 2

"This beautiful little cabin sits on the point of the lake water all around you on Indian Lake. Great access to snowmobile trails. This is a small place on a septic system with only 2 vehicle parking." Also 1 door down is another cabin called Cast-Away. Also have a pontoon for rent. Pontoon rental $200 per day with Gas, $50 cleaning fee if not clean. Fish house rental available. Please note docks come out of water labor day weekend each year.

There is also a fold out couch with a full-size mattress that is very cozy in front of the fireplace.
