Each BR has a Queen bed and attached bathroom. There is a Queen size Ikea fold over couch in the living room for additional guests. We have designed and decorated like our own home and know you will feel at home here too! (Pets and smoking are not permitted). Home game weekends require a Fri and Sat stay.

Conveniently located half way between downtown and the MSU campus, this 2 bed, 1.5 bath townhome is the perfect place to land. You can walk everywhere or catch the shuttle just steps away. This completely remodeled townhouse is about 50 yards off University Drive in the heart of the Cotton District with your favorite restaurants and shops minutes away ! This 1920s house has been converted into apartments and is conveniently located. It is in the historic district in the Avenues and it is one mile from MSU stadium. Two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. Large vehicles may be too big for our parking area. Parking spaces are designed for standard size vehicles and we only provide one parking place on the premises. There is more parking around the corner

Lovely, freshly-updated, upstairs unit just steps from MSU Campus. The Hump, Dudy Noble and Davis Wade stadium are all about a 15 minute walk. The Cotton District is approximately 1.5 miles. You have 2 designated parking spaces in front of the building marked 124. Please note this is an upstairs unit accessed by a single flight of stairs.

The pool house provides multiple ways to enjoy your stay-the outdoor pool with the deck chairs and gazebo with table and chairs along with the multiple gardens is a great way to relax and unwind. Indoors, the pool table provides great fun on those rainy days. Lots of board games also provided!!
