Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

The way to metro, bus and tram stations is short. Restaurants, super markets and museums are close by. We do have an elevator.

There are plenty of both cleaning products and disinfectants available for guests in the apartment.
