You will need to do few stairs more to Apartment m, it is at the 4th floor, but I promise it is worth because of the view :) Inside you will have electric tent, air-conditioning, satellite television, free WI-FI, alarm. Safe and public (free) parking is in front of the building.

In an old Art Nouveau villa, on the first floor, right by the sea, with a private beach, there is an 80m2 apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The apartment has two balconies and a large back terrace. The rooms have large double beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, oven, electric hob, refrigerator, set of dishes and cutlery, kettle... Air conditioning in the living room - kitchen and large bedroom. Our apartment was recently completely renovated. Clean, bright, close to all amenities. Just a 150 m walking distance to the sea, beach, shops, restaurants, coffee-shops, tennis courts, children playground, bus terminal. Free, fast WiFi and Smart TV with more than 100 channels. Well located to ensure silent nights despite of being so close to the city centre. On the ground floor there is a nice patio. Several parking places and garages are very close to the apartment.

Mošćenićka Draga ligt aan de Adriatische zee met prachtige stranden, kristalhelder water en een boulevard met gezellige restaurantjes. Niet ver is Opatija door het milde mediterrane klimaat een beroemd kuuroord met prachtige Habsburgse villa’s, parken en boulevard (Lungomare, langs de zee 5 kilometer tot Lovran met oude centrum in Romeinse bouwstijl). Bezoek Ucka natuurreservaat, 160 km2 ongerepte natuur, bergtoppen, zeldzame flora en fauna (hoogste piek 1400 meter)

It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.
