It is attached to our personal home but has zero shared space. It is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, toaster, and kitchen necessities. We are close to great food and shopping. Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

This studio apartment ie, one large area, is divided into specially designed spaces. It has been newly renovated There is one Queen bed and one Sofa bed with one full bath.
