Appartment with seaview and beach

Wake up to the sound of waves in this light-filled apartment with a private terrace outside the door. Access to beach and jetty (when not in use by the host). The property is located on an island just an 8-minute bus ride from Oslo Center. A bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a double sofabed in the living room provide sleeping space for up to four guests. The bathroom rooms shower and bathtub plus washingmachine and a mini dishwasher. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a dining area.

Enjoy a peaceful stay at this tranquil place by the sea. Surrounded by tall pine trees in the base floor of our architecht drawn house. Everything you need inside, and nature just outside the door. A rocky path leads to the private jetty with a rowing boat at your disposition. Within a 20 minutes drive you will get to Kolsås, Sandvika, Høvikodden and Oslo, and by public transport Oslo is within 1h reach. Hytteidyll 35 min fra Oslo, ved innsjøen Mjær. Koselig hytte med fantastisk beliggenhet med privat sandstrand, flytebrygge, båt med elmotor, kajakk og kano. Hytta har Wifi på 5G. Svært gode solforhold, kveldsol og vakre solnedganger. Alt på hytta kan disponeres, båt med elektrisk påhengsmotor, kajakk og kano. Det er en grunn og barnevennlig sandstrand. 10-12 meter ut er det gode dypdeforhold. Gode fiskemuligheter, med forskjellige lokale fiskeslag TVen er tilkoblet med Apple TV

Cosy cabin with fantastic view

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.

God plass både ute og inne med mange uteområder å boltre seg på med utemøbler, sandkasse, husker, lekehus og din helt egen fotballbane med kunstgress. Her er det sol hele dagen! Huset har fem soverom, alle med sengeplass til minimum to personer. Fullt utstyrt kjøkken. 250meter til bussen som tar deg til Oslo på 25 minutter. Kort vei til badestrender, Sandvika og Oslo. Huset har en seperat hybelleilighet.

Kort vei til Oslo med bil eller buss. Hvis du jobber i Asker, Bærum eller Oslo er det en fin anledning til å pendle til jobb fra hytta. Det er ca 15 minutter å gå til hytta fra kabelfergen fra Nesøya. Om vinteren er det en flytebro over sundet.
