Ty'r Capel is a beautiful little cottage situated on the banks of the river Teifi, West Wales. Located in the heart of the village with only a minute walk from the famous Cenarth Falls. The cottage boasts a large patio and garden overlooking the river. The village has two traditional pubs, two beautiful gift shops and a minimarket. It is an ideal base to explore the area and only a 20 minute drive to the beaches. The fishing season starts from April to October.

The house itself has been recently renovated to a modern design and includes a games room! The property is set back from the road and enjoys spectacular views across the meadows.

0ur Watermill is set down a quiet lane on the circular walk from Newcastle Emlyn to Cenarth. In a peaceful countryside location yet close to local beaches. The Stables is part of a Watermill. It sleeps 4 in a double and a twin room with shower room. Own garden & sunny patio with great views. Large multi purpose living space overlooking our own field with direct river access. You are welcome to bring kayaks, paddle boards etc.

The Barn sleeps 4 in two ground floor bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. The double bedroom has an en suite shower room with shower, wash basin and toilet and the twin bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a bath with shower over, wash basin and toilet. The comfortable lounge has two leather sofas and a TV with Freesat and DVD and woodburner.
