Located in Higashiyama, one of Japan's last remaining 'Chaya house' as a site of Inportant Traditional Japanese Architecture), a short walk north from Higashi District. Our property was build about 100 years ago during the Taisho period.（74㎡、800sq) It has been extensively renovated standards of comfort, luxury and safety, as such we are a Legal Vacation Rental, you may book with confidence. 100年ほど前に建てられた金澤町家を改修し、皆さまの2番目のご自宅をイメージして建てた町家になります。昼間の喧騒から離れた朝、夕の主計町、ひがし茶屋街、浅ノ川の散策は心が癒され、昔ながらの金沢が楽しめます。

2025年7月に新期開業しました。 この宿は、金沢市の中心部・茨木町にある一日一組限定の一棟貸し日本家屋です。 もともとは船大工だった職人さんが建てた家で、精緻な木の細工や欄間の装飾など、随所に丁寧な職人の手仕事が残っています。 寝室は4室、最大9名まで宿泊できる広さで、ご家族やグループ旅行にもぴったりです。 お客様から評判なのは、縁側から望む日本庭園。四季折々の表情が楽しめて、朝のコーヒーや夜のひとときに、心を落ち着かせてくれます。 立地も便利で、21世紀美術館まで徒歩5分、兼六園や金沢城、金沢随一の繁華街である片町へも歩いて行けるので、観光や食事、ナイトライフにも困りません。 ただし、この家は築年数のある古民家です。最新設備が整ったホテルとは違い、どこか懐かしいような、味わいのある空間です。多少のきしみ音や建具のクセもありますが、それもこの宿の魅力のひとつと感じていただければ嬉しいです。 また、宿は閑静な住宅街にあります。夜は近隣の方のご迷惑にならないよう、お静かにお過ごしください。 この宿が、金沢の旅の記憶に残る特別な場所になりますように。心よりお待ちしています。

Situated in Teramachi-dai Important Preservation District, Teramachiya offers a 100-year old private Japanese-style accommodation in Kanazawa, renovated in July 2017. NinjyaTemple is 9 minutes on foot .The property is 1.2 km from 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art,Kenrokuen Garden.Guests can enjoy a short 4-minute stroll down the Sai River. The kitchen is equipped with an oven.There is a private bathroom with a bath. A collection of 60 different Japanese wind chimes is featured on site.

The rooms are furnished with the minimum necessary furniture, bedding, electric appliances etc using the vacancy on the 1st floor of the 3 story apartment, so long stay is okay. Each room is equipped with internet facilities by dedicated line, so it can cope well with long-term business trips and business.
