You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The Great Green Room offers a completely private entry, living space, and bathroom. It is attached to our personal home but has zero shared space. It is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, toaster, and kitchen necessities. We are close to great food and shopping. Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

Beautiful updated 3-bedroom 2-full bathroom residential house located in a cul-de-sac of a quiet neighborhood in Gainesville Ga. Boat rentals are available nearby, and the private dock is five minutes by boat from Gainesville Marina. The fully stocked home offers high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, board games, a fireplace, back-deck dining, gas grill and fire pit. Lake levels are currently 6 feet below full pool.
