We can't wait to host y'all in at our lake house! The space comfortably fits 8 people and we will accommodate up to two pets over 1 year old and under 50 lbs for an additional $25/night. There is plenty to do in the house - 65" tv with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon, games & puzzles, books & a wii. Outside, there is plenty more to do with lawn games, and a lake right out the back door and next to a boat launch. And, if you'd like a change in scenery, Livingston is just a 10 minute drive away.

Peaceful East Texas getaway

20 acres of relaxation in the piney woods of East Texas. Easily accessible from all directions. This is not a place to exert a lot of energy unless you'd like to visit my firewood splitting department. (I may knock a few dollars off the price if you do!) Owners house is next door, Grill, smoker, fire pit, and additional outdoor shower. Pond is stocked with perch. Beautiful walking trails. Golf cart is onsite but availability may be limited. A mere few feet away from the community boat ramp, this house is perfect for boating and fishing enthusiasts. Golf cart rental is available for an additional fee (book in advance). Enjoy the water views from all angles and ride around like a local in an interconnected 4-mile multi-neighborhood loop.

Rooster's Place

Far enough away from the city for a little peace and quiet. This bnb is nestled off the main road but not to far away from everything. It's atop the work shop of Levi Sims which allows a great view from the balcony. It sits on several acres of pasture and wood lands. Great for watching deer and the cattle that are in the pastures. We are looking forward to sharing this clean, comfortable space with our guest.

The Farm House

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay on a secluded cleared 3 acres. Have your morning coffee on the back porch and watch the sun rise. Enjoy and evening sunset on the front porch. Events are welcomed but advanced notice and additional pricing will be incurred. Please send inquiries to host prior to booking.
