It has a queen sized bed, small kitchen, refrigerator, tv, wifi, full bathroom, an outside shower and sitting area. The location is on a very quiet street in north Avon with a large beach right out front and the sound just down the road. There is a windsurf/kite surf shop, retail stores, a bar and kayak rentals right across the street. If you are also into star gazing then this is perfect also

Welcome to my home on Hatteras Island, located in the village of Frisco directly on Pamlico Sound in a residential neighborhood. You have a private entrance and screened-in porch, as well as a shared sundeck. My house is on a ridge & your room is on the 2nd floor, giving you spectacular views of the sound. From the property, you can easily kayak or SUP. Both the beach and the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse are only a short drive away. There are also many shops, galleries, and eateries to explore.

We are only a few houses away from the Pamlico Inn, minutes to multiple beach access points, restaurants, and groceries.

Come and enjoy old Avon Village on a quiet one way street. The Surfstead suite offers an eclectic blend of island history, craftsmanship and comfort in one of the oldest houses on Hatteras island. There is a private deck and entrance leading into a living and dining area equipped with a Roku tv. Prepare your meals in the fully stocked kitchenette. The bedroom boasts a queen size bed with another Roku tv, and a full bathroom with a custom tile shower. A private hot tub too!

We are PET FRIENDLY in the desirable waterfront neighborhood of Old Nags Head Cove, which is within walking distance to the beach, sound, and pool. The 520 sq ft studio is luxurious and well-appointed with a laid-back feel. The apartment features a private ground-floor entrance, free parking, and a large covered porch. Just like the name implies, you can relax and recharge in my Green Room.
