The Pad also has a covered area facing the lake, a firepit, and a grill. The Pad is one of 3 cabins situated on 320 acres of family property known as Singwakiki with hiking trails and located 1 mile from paved bike trails, in addition to being located on Nichols Lake, a 40acre no-motor lake with excellent fishing and swimming.

Canoe up the Otter River or Kayak down to the dam. You will see eagles, beavers, turtles, loons, geese and if you're lucky an otter. There is a parking pad for your RV or trailer.

King’s Cottage is located in the heart of Wisconsin’s Northwoods, the perfect place for outdoor adventures any time of the year. Hikers and bikers can enjoy routes like the Bearskin Trail. Kayakers and canoers can explore nearby lakes and waterways. Guests can explore Oneida County’s vast lakes and winter enthusiasts will find easy access to great trails for snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. The cottage is located on 235 acres with two spring-fed lakes.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, secluded cabin right off the trails on 14 wooded acres with frontage on private Deer Lake. BBQ or grill out on the massive wooden deck and take a short hike down the sandy hill and through the wooded path to the clear, shallow lakefront, perfect for swimming or kayaking on Deer Lake. We have 4 adult kayaks and 1 youth kayak. Build a fire right by the house OR down at the lakefront in either of the two firepits, wood provided!
