The cottage is centrally located on Chandos Lake, just 2.5 hours from Toronto and 15 minutes away from the quaint town of Apsley. In the winter, spend a cosy day indoors or enjoy time outdoors. Two cross country ski/snowshoe locales—Kawartha Nordic Ski Club and Silent Lake Provincial Park—are within a half-hour drive.

My place is on a dead end street, close to family-friendly activities, small towns, fishing, horseback riding and swimming . It is rural and quiet. The cabin is spacious, fully equipped, clean and comfortable. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Bedroom 1: queen with a single on top. Bedroom 2: double with a single on top. Living-room has a sofa bed in. *Please note our "NO PETS" policy. There are two cabins on the property.

Launch your own watercraft at a local marina and enjoy exploring the Trent Canal System. Love to hike? Take a short 15 min drive North or East and explore the Petroglyphs or Warsaw Caves Provincial Parks.

The Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is situated on a large partially treed property in the Kawarthas. This property includes a lake lot at the bottom of the hill with a dock to access Stoney Lake. Located close to boat launches at McCracken's Landing or Gilchrist Bay, Stoney Lake offers access to the Trent Canal System . A pedal boat, 2 kayaks and a canoe are available (guests should supply their own life jackets as they are required in all watercraft)
