The living area opens onto a large terrace with uninterrupted views of the Hoher Riffler Mountain. There is also a library off the dining area to provide a more cosy and quiet refuge. The high-end kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including two dishwashers, induction hob, large fridge-freezer, coffee machine, bar seating, larder and additional fridge. The 5 spacious en-suite bedrooms are located on the lower two floors. The Master bedroom has a dressing area and en-suite with double basins, bath and separate shower, and also benefits from a private balcony. All other bedrooms have luxury en-suite shower bathrooms. A separate family bathroom with double sinks, separate bath and shower is located on the lower ground floor. The gym is equipped with a rowing machine, cross trainer and state of the art weights machine. The playroom is also located on the lower ground floor to enable little ones (or bigger kids!) to have their own space to play. There are smart TVs located in the living room, library, gym and playroom. A selection of games are also available for use during your stay. The wellness area is equipped with luxury sauna and shower facilities, with direct access to an outdoor area. This is the perfect place to relax on the loungers after a hard day on the mountains!
