Quiet 1 bedroom fully furnished apartment surrounded by trees. Self check in, farm fresh eggs when available. 2 minutes from 690, 10 minutes from NY state fairgrounds!!! and 15 minutes from the Syracuse hospitals. Also 15 minutes from cross lake, and Weedsport racetrack. We are right next to the state trails for snowmobiling. DOGS on approval basis ONLY, with an extra 150$ pet cleaning fee. Free WiFi 😊 Early check in, late Disclosure- we do have surveillance cameras installed on the property

Kitchenette has all essentials - Keurig, kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, microwave, blender, tabletop air fryer/oven. NO cooktop or elevator. Updated in 2024 with all new furniture, mattress, and linens. Clean, well equipped, comfortable!

House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.
