The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. Just a short walk of 1/4 mile to the beach. House includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, full kitchen and covered front porch. 50 inch tv with roku, WiFi. There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.

Relax in the outdoor tub after a day of exploring all the island has to offer. The house is situated on the West side of the highway - perfect for a sunset walk along the sound and an easy cruise to the beach or the Avalon Fishing Pier.

We have a 43" smart TV, wifi, games and cards.
